Kai Bo Fitness Training

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Location

We train at The Dojo which is situated in Fort Regent Leisure Centre.

Picture of the Fort

The Fort, as it is affectionately known, is originally a Napoleonic Fortress and dates from 1806. It is situated on Mount Bingham and overlooks St. Helier. The ramparts have over 20 acres of outside walks and spectacular panoramic views of the south and east coasts. The centre is Jersey's largest leisure, conference and entertainment venue.

How to find Fort Regent

Arriving by car: from St Helier Town Centre drive along Hill Street, then Mulcaster Street and turn left up Pier Road. When you have passed the multi storey car park (on the left hand side) take the first left up Regent Road and make a sharp left turn when nearing the top of the hill.

Arriving on foot: from the Town Centre walk up Pier Road. On the left hand side just before Pier Road car park there are 122 steps which will take you up to the main entrance.
